Cookware Chef-Luxe Lacor design is intended for professional use, but its performance will give a magnificent result at home:

Body parts is 18/10 stainless steel (18% chrome and 10% nickel alloy which offers a high level of quality and superior resistance to conventional steel). It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to food acids and salts. Its extra-thick rim reinforced hardens the article and allows a perfect spill. Interior and exterior finish is satin, beaded finished in polished mirror.
Handles and handles are welded airtight 18/10 stainless pipe, anti global warming and ergonomic.
Account with a bottom diffuser Thermo sandwich (a layer of aluminum between 2 layers of steel) and capping: total absorption of calories.
